      Rated 1 out of 5�by NO technicals I am unimpressed with this level of support. Why not a simple schematic for such a simple cable? When in Timbuktu, I cannot wait for a new factory one - as nice as that might be. Box lable says Serial /USB so what can I hook it to? Notes say not to use external USB adapter but what if it's powered from the same AC? No manual for the PowerChute SW so no help there. Even a detailed tech manual for the UPS connectors would be nice - no cigar - clearly in only the selling biz, not the support biz too - ONE star. June 17, 2013
